What is this? Why is there no other explanation on the bag other than "orange cauliflower"? I don't understand why it is orange and I wonder if it was "made" this way or does it naturally occur this way? I am so confused by this little head of cauliflower that the only reason I bought it, and brought it home, was to take pictures and blog about it. I'm confused....

Did it taste like normal cauliflower? I think I would have had to buy it just for the novelty as well.
it tastes like regular cauliflower, it was just too wierd and hard to get past the color.
